The hotels & services mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation.
Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes,hotel rates,transport rates,govt.taxes or entrance fees
The above airfare is valid for a minimum of two people travelling together.
International check in time is 1400 hrs.&check out time is 12 noon.Early check in & late check out is subject to availability.
Above rates are valid for travel till the date mentioned in the quote.

Booking Conditions:-

If the travel date is within 7 days,100% of the total tour cost is reqd. to initiate the booking.
Each passenger's passport should be valid for 9 months from the return date
Please send scanned passport copies for all the passengers travelling to initiate the booking

 

Payment policy:-

Full payment is reqd. on confirmation of all the services & before departure from India.
Payments are accepted through credit card 3 % bank charges levied on actual amount.

 

Cancellation policy:-

Prior to 30 days or more:Non refundable deposit of Rs.20,000/- per person
Between 29-20 days of departure:Non refundable deposit + 25% of the total package cost
Between 19-14 days of departure:Non Refundable deposit + 50% of the total package cost
Between 13-08 days of departure:Non refundable deposit + 75% of the total package cost
Prior to 7 days of departure: 100% of the Package cost
Visa fee & service charges are non refundable
No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package
Overseas insurance policy is non refundable once issued.
